Join Out and About for a series of free fitness classes with the crew from Otara Pool and Leisure Centre and WellMe.
It’s all happening for the next 3 weeks at Alexander Park.
To kick things off, our first two weeks we’ll be bringing along our GymBox – an outdoor portable training studio with amazing equipment and a sweet sound system!

11am – Boot Camp with Joise and Isaac
12pm – HIIT with Brandon
1pm – Boxfit with Jacob, Vince and Abby
2pm – MetaPWR with Vince
A full-body workout designed to build your strength and fitness through a variety of exercises and intervals.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a full effort workout broken down with small breaks. If you like to feel the burn, this one’s for you!
Based on training used for boxing, this class will get you doing glove work, footwork and abdominal exercises. Don’t worry if you’ve never put on a pair of gloves before, our awesome trainers will show you how it’s done. BYO gloves or borrow some of ours.
A circuit class that combines resistance and body weight exercises to develop strength and fitness.
